Overview
BrightSmile Dental Clinic is a family-friendly practice in a suburban area known for top-tier dental care — but their social media presence didn’t reflect their excellence. Their existing channels lacked engagement, had inconsistent branding, and weren’t converting followers into new patients.
They partnered with AYD Internet Marketing to overhaul their organic social media strategy. Within 60 days, we doubled their appointment bookings by revamping their visual identity, creating educational and engaging content, and implementing a consistent posting and engagement schedule tailored to their audience.

BrightSmile had built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth but faced several digital roadblocks:
Low Engagement: Posts received minimal likes, comments, or shares.

Strategy & Execution
Our goal was to turn BrightSmile’s social media into a growth engine that positioned them as the go-to dental provider in their region.
We executed a four-part strategy: Brand Revamp, Content Pillars, Local Engagement, and Analytics-Driven Optimization.
Phase 1: Brand Revamp
We started by refreshing BrightSmile’s online identity to reflect their warm, family-first dental care.
Developed a cohesive color palette and font hierarchy for all social visuals
Created a library of branded templates for testimonials, tips, team intros, and promotions
Updated profile and cover images to highlight services and build trust
Applied consistent tone and voice — friendly, approachable, and expert
Phase 2: Content Pillar Creation
To bring structure to their content, we built a framework around four core content pillars:
Educational Posts – Tips for oral hygiene, myths debunked, and short “Did You Know?” facts
Behind the Scenes – Team photos, clinic tours, and staff highlights to humanize the brand
Client Testimonials – Visual quotes from real patients (with permission) to boost credibility
Seasonal Promotions – Teeth whitening deals, back-to-school checkup reminders, etc.
Each week, we created a balanced content calendar to keep the feed diverse, consistent, and engaging.
Phase 3: Local Community Engagement
Knowing BrightSmile’s audience was largely local, we implemented geo-targeted engagement:
Tagged nearby schools, cafes, and gyms when appropriate
Commented on and shared relevant local content
Highlighted partnerships (e.g., “Tooth Fairy Day” at local daycare)
Ran small giveaways that required tagging a local friend or checking in at the clinic
This built real visibility in the neighborhood and helped position BrightSmile as more than a service provider — but a part of the community.
Phase 4: Performance Tracking & Optimization
Using analytics tools, we tracked performance across platforms weekly:
Monitored which post types performed best (carousel vs. reels vs. static images)
Adjusted posting times based on audience behavior
Introduced trending sounds and challenges to leverage algorithmic reach
Tracked link clicks to booking page via Instagram bio and Facebook CTAs
We also implemented custom UTM tracking to attribute bookings to specific social posts and campaigns.
